Virgin Mega fail… and we've got the internet back!
After having no internet for 16 days, we finally got an engineer come and fix the problem, took them all of 10 mins! :( after being on the phone with them almost 10 times, one of which i was on hold for 30 mins, we just got fobbed off and flat out lied to, and all the appointments that were supposedly booked for us never happened. It is the WORST customer service i've ever had the pain of encountering, and now that its back online i hope i never have to contact them again!
